Ngenic Tune Highrise controls the heating based on the actual temperature in the building. Wireless indoor sensors measure temperature and humidity, while the system automatically adjusts the heating control via the existing control center.
The solution is suitable for apartment buildings with up to approximately 10 apartments or 1,000 m² and is a cost-effective option for smaller properties where more advanced control systems are often difficult to justify financially. The system consists of a gateway, a control box in the sub-distribution panel, and indoor sensors installed in apartments or other spaces.
